Accessability Information:
All panel and workshop venues are accessible to mobility devices.
Seating in Conron Hall/University College is padded with arm rests.
VAC100 has fixed seating. Individual chairs without armrests are available. Cushions are available.
All workshop rooms have individual chairs without armrests. Cushions are available.
All panel and workshop venues have single-stall accessible and gender-neutral washroom facilities.
There are two outdoor staircases between University College (panels) and The Visual Arts Building (workshops), which is approximately 400m away. Please contact us at sustainable.curating@uwo.ca if transport is required.
All venues are scent-free but VAC is a building for studio arts and some events are in painting and drawing studios.
artLAB Gallery is accessible to mobility devices and has a single stall accessible washroom.
McIntosh Gallery is currently not an accessible space, and has stairs to enter the building and to the washroom.
Workshops in VAC247 and VAC249 have fluorescent lighting which can be adjusted to lower lighting if requested.
A Dust Walk includes walking over uneven surfaces, staircases etc.
Room 241C-3 VAC (Centre for Sustainable Curating) is a quiet space, with an armchair, that can be used for resting, breastfeeding, etc. It will be available Sep 12-13.

Registration is required for all tours, panels, and workshops.
